- Day 1
A call from Colleen
Fifteen minutes on your jobs, your crews and who is asking for the WIP: a surety, a bank or you.
- Days 2 to 4
You send the list
Contracts, change orders, billings to date and costs to date per job, in whatever form they live today.
- Days 5 to 9
Andre builds the schedule
Percent complete, over and under billings and profit fade for each job, checked against your job-cost books.
- Day 10
The review
An hour on what the WIP says, which jobs are fading, and the monthly price in writing, published on the pricing page.

What to send.
Missing pieces are normal. We list what is missing on day two.
- Your open job list with contract values
- Approved change orders per job
- Billings to date and retainage held
- Costs to date by job, or the raw export
- Last year-end WIP, if you have one
- Any surety or bank reporting requirements
