RFI LOG · OBJECTIONS
What contractors say about payroll.
Our payroll app already does it.
It runs the checks. It rarely knows the wage determination, the fringe split or which hours were inside Kansas City limits. We handle those and post the burden to jobs.
It is one public job.
One job is enough for a weekly report and a penalty if it is wrong. Each additional prevailing wage job is $195 a month on the payroll tier.
We are behind on reports.
We rebuild back weeks from timecards and registers at $90 per weekly report, ready for your signature.
SPEC · WHO RUNS IT
One payroll desk for both states.
Teresa Tran runs weekly crew payroll for contractors on both sides of State Line, the certified reports that come with public work, the Missouri prevailing wage records and affidavits, and union fringe reports.
Payroll is included in the Books and Crew Payroll tier from $2,450 a month (illustrative), with labor burden posted straight to job costing. The federal rules are on the Department of Labor WH-347 page.

RFI 01Who signs the certified payroll?
You, or an authorised officer or employee who supervises payment of wages. We prepare it; the signature on the Statement of Compliance has to be yours, and scanned signatures do not satisfy the federal rule.
RFI 02How soon after payday is it due?
On federally funded work, within seven days after the regular pay date, every week. Missouri public bodies often write a weekly report into the contract as well.
RFI 03Do you withhold the Kansas City earnings tax?
Yes, for residents on all earnings and for nonresidents on work inside city limits, and we file the quarterly RD-110. See the earnings tax guide.
RFI 04Can you handle union fringe reports?
Yes. Fringe contributions are calculated by classification and reported to each fund on its schedule.
RFI 05What does it cost?
Books and crew payroll from $2,450 a month for up to 30 field employees and one prevailing wage job; each additional prevailing wage job $195 a month. See pricing; illustrative prices.

SHEET 99 · CLOSEOUT
